    Yes, we operate Print on Demand and as such shipping is at the mercy of processing times, processing takes an average 3 business days from whence the order shall be shipped upon confirmation of your order. We find this to be a more sustainable way to operate currently.
  • Does your product price include shipping fee and taxes?
    We work with carefully selected, reliable couriers to ensure a satisfactory shipping experience. Shipping fees and taxes are priced as stated upon checkout. Local import taxes are not included and are liable to be paid by yourselves.
  • What countries do you ship to?
    We ship to most countries across the globe. During the checkout process, you can enter your shipping address to confirm if we deliver to your location. If you can't find your country please let us know and we shall do our best to find a way. ​

As standard we have a set rate: Standard Shipping - 5 EURO Fast Shipping - 15 Euro Expedited/ Express Shipping - 25 EURO.

    We’re currently updating our order database, so if you placed your order before May 20th and you are unable to track it, please get in touch with us and we’ll look it up for you. - Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a unique order number. - You can use this order number to track the status of your order on our website. Visit the "Order Tracking" page, enter your order number and email address, and click "Track Order" to see the latest updates. If you are checking the status of your package and it states that there was an attempted delivery, this means that your local post office probably has the package. In which case you should promptly contact them to arrange a redelivery. If it is not picked up or redelivered to your address within a week or two, it will be shipped back to our warehouse location. If you’re not sure what to do, please get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do on our end.
