By using the specific hashtag (#GetAWOKE, #AWOKE) associated with our website AWOKE ("AWOKE Hashtag"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. User-Generated Content: By including the AWOKE Hashtag in your social media posts or content, you grant AWOKE and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute your content for promotional, marketing, and other business purposes related to AWOKE. This includes the right to feature your content on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

2. Privacy and Consent: You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from individuals featured in your content and that you have the right to grant AWOKE the license described in point 1. 5. Third-Party Platforms: Your use of the AWOKE Hashtag on social media platforms is subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. AWOKE is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party platforms or the actions of other users on those platforms.

6. Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that the AWOKE Hashtag and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the sole property of AWOKE.
